The Annual Dinner of the Association of Average Adjusters of the United States and Canada will be held on October 4, 2018 at Battery Gardens located inside Battery Gardens, opposite 17 State Street, New York, NY
The cocktail hour will begin at 6:00 P.M. and dinner will be served at 7:00 P.M. There will be a full open bar during the cocktail hour and dinner.
The cost of the evening’s activities is $200.00 per person and attendees are requested to send their remittance no later than September 21, 2018. As customary, no tickets will be issued. Tables for parties of ten, under a company name, may be reserved. Please use the form that was enclosed with the Secretary’s email dated August 14th, 2018 to list the individuals to be seated at each company table.
NO TABLES WILL BE RESERVED FOR FEWER THAN 10 PAID SEATS. Otherwise, there will be open seating as is customary.
Dress is Business Attire (Black Tie Optional).

The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at 10:00 AM at the India House Club, One Hanover Square, New York.
A presentation will be given on the topic of:
Announcements will be made of the election of your Chairman, of the new members of your committees, and of other such matters dealt with at the Business Meeting as may be of interest.
The meeting will also be open for the introduction of new business.
Refreshments will be served during the half hour before the meeting (9.30 - 10.00am).
The Association of Average Adjusters of the United States and Canada invites all Members to their Annual Spring Luncheon to be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Fino Wall Street, One Wall Street Court (82 Beaver Street).
The event, including a Buffet Lunch and Three Hour Open Bar, will begin at noon and the cost will be $75 per person.
